From the perspective of the employee

You get a job. After a while, you start to become bored. You look forward to your break. After many breaks, you look forward to the end of your shift. After finishing several shifts, you look forward to the weekend. After some weekends, you look forward to your vacation. After loads of vacations, you look forward to retirement. After you retire, you'll want to do it all over again.

Here's what you do. Live every day as if you just came out of retirement, and you'll always be satisfied.

Oregon Coast

Well so far, we've spent a few days with the awesome Knighton Family (It was a blast. I forgot to take pictures), and a few days at the Coast. I got to feed a Sea Lion! Definitely one of the highlights of the trip for me. There was a dude that we were watching clean a tuna fish. He let me hop in the boat and give it to the Sea Lion.

The beach house that we're staying in with my Dad's side of the Family is right on the coast in between Lincoln City and Depoe Bay.

Why?

Why do little children always dream of growing up? I never did as a child. I wanted to live in Neverland. That's why I still consider myself a child instead of a teenager. Why grow up? When you're old, you have unavoidable responsibilities. Besides, you naturally grow old, why speed it up? Enjoy youth while you can.

In these upcoming years, I'll start collage, go on an LDS mission, come home, and be an old 21 year old person looking to continue the rest of their life.

That is why I'll enjoy being irresponsible while I may. Thank you.

Announcments

Hello there,

I just finished a calculus lesson. Why am I so much more efficient at night then I am in the daytime?

In the middle of February I celebrated my ONE Year anniversary as a lifeguard! Huzzah! Good for me!

Tomorrow I finally take my Driver's skills test! Woot. Kudos all around.

Why is the "Blogger" clock an hour behind? It's 11, not 10.

Uhhhhhhhh... this wasn't very philosophical. Whatever, I'll leave you with a maxim to ponder upon...

"Spiders are no longer a form of sophistication."

Happy new year to all of my (7) followers!

I must've had a wild time sleeping last night, I woke up & found my retainer on the ground. :)) I guess that there are some parallels to myself and to someone who actually partied last night namely in the fact that neither of us remembered what we did.
